"The Purple Onion is friendly and casual, the food's fantastic, and the experience is great. They make an awesome soy cappuccino for me. On weekends I stop when I've been riding my bike, and sit outside in the nice weather. I take my daughter to lunch there, too. She's a vegetarian and loves the salads. And they also catered a graduation party for us for about 30 people, it was great. I love the place!"

Dear Steve and Lisa,
It would be difficult to put into words just how much Saturday night’s party meant to Joni, her family, and me. When Joni’s husband and children approached me about a place to house her surprise 60th birthday, I knew that our favorite breakfast and lunch place would also be the perfect party place.
The dinner was outstanding — everyone raved about the steak, the fish, the fabulous pesto spinach salad. But we have to admit that Lisa’s sunflower strewn coconut cake was a personal favorite. Several very diet conscious women were spotted scarfing down an extra piece, but we won’t tell!
Of course, we cannot rave about the party without mentioning your staff. As they do each and every morning, they anticipated the guests’ needs, served with a smile, and kept everything running so smoothly. Although we certainly know to expect this from you, serving a large crowd all at once is a bit different than serving the breakfast and lunch crowd over several hours.Their efforts and expertise were noted and appreciated.
All in all the evening was perfect— and the Purple Onion was a huge part of that success!
