Steve has spent his lifetime honing his culinary skills, again at a young age cooking with his grandparents who instilled a love of food and the art of presenting it beautifully. He continued to build on his passion by working with talented and creative people from which he could learn. "It's about people, some ( chefs ) make it about the ingredients, I make it about the people and it's the feeling they get when they eat your food that matters."

Steve lives in Los Gatos with his partner Allison in six-year-old son Loukas was working on new recipes all the time, get ready.
